Remote and face-to-face working Autumn 2020

After our latest round of member meetings and a survey, UMHAN has created guidance with recommendations around remote and face-to-face working for members for the autumn term and beyond.

Key recommendations include:

  • Monitoring the accessibility of providing remote services
  • Prioritising face-to-face appointments for students who have disengaged with support
  • Recognising the benefits of remote and flexible working arrangements for both staff and students for long term planning
