This map identifies which education providers have staff who are UMHAN members.

The map has more detail and is updated every 6 months. We have a rigorous application process where each person has to apply on an individual basis and to agree to abide by our Conduct and Capability Framework meaning high standards of conduct and student support can be expected.
We have listed Accredited Practitioners (APs), Managers and Associates. Accredited Practitioner members will be working as either a Mental Health Adviser or Specialist Mental Health Mentor; this is an audited membership, subject to Supervision and CPD requirements to ensure safe and up to date practice.
*If an institution is not listed, this may be because staff are members of other professional bodies (e.g. Counselling staff), because mental health support for students is outsourced or due to budget constraints.
