This Uni Mental Health Day we are exploring the positive impact green spaces can have on student mental health and wellbeing.

Campuses vary from being in the middle of big cities, to those with their own parkland or even farm! How can students access green spaces when at university? What role do estates teams have in facilitating this? Can engaging with nature really help with study? Could social prescribing work in a university context?
